Asked for male, 38 years old from Madurai

My nephew used stuff and underwent psychiatric problems. He took treatment and is recovering. Now he is going for a job. He complains that he had nausea, body pain, feeling sleepy. He couldn't remember what he learns. But in the company, there is need to learn. He is desperate about his future. I send the tablets that he takes regularly. Please advice if it should be taken daily or one day after the other. Or is there any other option. Please help the boy. The medicine: 1. Sizodon ls (risperidone 2 mg and trihesphenidyl 2 mg) 2. Bexol 2 mg (trihesphenidyl) 3. Encourage chronological 500 mg (sodium valproate and valproic acid) 4.arifine 10 mg (aripiprazole) 5. Topaz 50 mg (topiramate) 6. Bricpan d (domperidone and pantoprazole)

i am dealing with mental illness from last 8 years and tried treatments from all top notch psychiatrist's of the city .ate kilo's of medicines which are some serious, snri's, tricyclic ,tetracyclines, maoi's, clonazepam, alprazolam, etizolam,lamotrigine, sodium valproate, lithium, quetiapine, aripiprazole, olanzapine etc. But these all medicines and psychiatrist's failed to bring my mental well being back. I am dealing with anhedonia, apathy ,disordered thinking, inability to do goal directed activities ,bed ridden ,i don't brush my teeth, I don't bath ,i am doing nothing in my life ,i have no career and super hopeless about my future ,dull facial expression, highly demotivated, suicidal (i have attempted twice ,one with carbon monoxide poisoning and second with 50 mg clonazepam+200 mg zolpidem+750 ml alcohol bottle+20 cigarettes, my purpose was to die from respiratory depression, but I failed ).now to whichever doctor I will go ,i will ask him will you give me ect ,ketamine therapy ,rtms or not.

congratulations for continuing your interest in making your life better. Ect is an option - not tried so far. But it is not a one time treatment. It has to be given under anesthesia, may be 6-12 times. Only few psychiatrists will have ect facility. Ketamine and rtms - very very few psychiatrist will have it. Case history. I have been suffering from seizure since I was one year. It first started as febrile seizure and I had been on sodium valproate. I remained seizure free for 3-4 years span when on medication. But after withdrawal of med again I had seizure attack and again started med. This episode continued till 18 years of age. But I discontinued med abruptly and suffered attack then again started med valparin chrono 300 mg twice daily. And further discontinued it. After remain seizure free without medication for 2 years I suffered attack on 16.2.18. Doctor at bangalore prescribed levipil and valparin. I took it for few days and give up med. Then after 2 and 4 months I again suffered attack on 15th of June 2018. I started valparin chrono 300 mg 2 tab at night but few doses again skipped. And I suffered attack on 15th July 2018. The attack was for a brief period 3-4 minutes and I had fever also with tonsillitis. Heavy headache and nausea after attack. And I went to deep sleep. I took levipil and valparin on 15th night.

28f done serum prolactin itâs 89.53 by cmia method. Symptoms -upper back middle back pain since oct 2020 (left shoulder blade (much when wake up and stretch and when doing work or sitting long and less when lying on bed) left hand left breast pain and discomfort since 1 year left head numbness and left eye twitching since 3 months on and off feverish symptoms but temp normal since aug 2020 milky discharge from both breasts since a week medications- risperidone 1 mg used for 12 days sodium valproate 200 mg twice using since 12 days clonazepam half using since 12 days escitalopram using since 12 days milky discharge we noticed it on 7th day after using these medications before using medications there was no discharge after medications we donât know when exactly it started but on 7th day we noticed it. Is it due to medications? When asked doc they told it qont cause that soon as I used it only for 7 days. Done mri back spine which was normal cbp (haemoglobin normal crp -9 esr 23.

It looks like some hormonal disturbance and definitely there is some inflammation of the joints that's why the esr levels are high. You can add Sodium Valproate 250mg twice a day for about two weeks and increase to 750 mg if needed.
