Time to time in a year or 2 year .I had consult with many famous doctor in his field Dr. anoop kohli (neurologist HOD) Apollo hospital and professor, writer Dr. VC roy gold medalist usa (orthopedic surgeon) Asian same hospital in md Ms. medical dept etc. I am suffering from this disease from 2012 to till date I had done many type of checkup prescribed by doctor but still I am not cure.

Hi doctor I am 24 year old girl, currently pursuing my internship after from bhopal. I am on a darker side of the skin tone, & this dark side is specially on the face as well as neck, while the skin which is not exposed and is beneath clothing is fair, which is so annoying. I religiously use sunscreen (rivela tint, hope thats a good one) and also use eukroma plus as a night cream as suggested by my dermatologist, she also suggested me vc 15 which intially gave me good result but now dsnt helping my skin. Please guide me what should I do. And one of my friend took vitamic c tablets, which drastically improved her complexion, can I also go for vitamin c tablet. And I have also heard about glutathione, does that really work? if it work den please let me know from where to purchase (if you can tell me link of the site) and dose too. Please help me want to whiten my skin tone.

Clinical details: right vc growth specimen: excision biopsy gross examination: received single tiny soft tissue bit measuring 0.2x0.1x0. 1 cm. 1 block microscopy: shows compressed stratified squamous lining epithelium. Squamous cell hyperplasia seen at one end having hyperkeratosis, porokeratosis and elongated rete ridges. Subepithelial area is oedematous with dilated congested blood vessels. Mild reactive changes seen in lining epithelium at one end. Impression: squamous cell hyperplasia is it related with cancer? Please advise.

I'm 24 year old suffering from mental illness. I met many doctors and told them but their medicine doesn't work. Is it means they are not getting right about my disease. Actually I captured in this problem due to thinking very very negative. I know that there is no chemical imbalance in my brain. But the problem is related to muscles in forehead area. Doctor's gave me medicines like VALZ, VILAMID, D-VENIZ, CELLIPRA, NEXITO, REXPIRA etc. I have taken these medicines maximum up to two months individually in regular intervals. Are these medicines helpful for me? Basically I suffer problem in study. There is no focus, no sharp concentration. My learning speed is very slow. There is slow working of brain. Whenever I study, I don't grasp quickly the summery of text .Yawning comes in half an hour. For understanding something, I put much pressure on forehead, yet I understand only little. Means energy is getting waste. Please let me know the correct and effective medicine or treatment for me and also tell me what actually happened in my forehead muscles. I feel that there is yielding. I have viral pneumonia (covid 19 pattern (co-rads 5) less than 5% involvement of lungs that is given in super scan report on dated 13/7/20. Then after I taken medicines maxson vc 625, hcqs 200, zathrin 500, vitamin c tablet. Then after I taken 3 follow up x-ray chest pa in which written #28; resolving pneumonitis in bilateral lower zone paracardiac region likely as compared with previous x-ray dated 22/7/20, resolution noted in the status of lesion#29;. But the issue is I have still fever comes and out in day and night. I have also some cough. My oxygen level between 97-99 and heart beat between 67- 85. Today it#25;s a 25th day from start of medicines. Currently my medicine is zifi o (cefixime and ofloxacin tablets). My crp status from blood report as follows date 13/7/20 18.1 date 22/7/20 8.1 date 26/7/20 13 date 31/7/20 7.9 date 07/8/20 10 kindly consult me #28;what other treatment required?
