Dear user, vit c serum is used to reduce acne and pigmentation so, maybe try another brand of vit c serum. Usually there are no major side effects. For some users, the skin might take time to get used to it. If the problem still persists, there are many other alternatives like face washes, hydrating serums etc. Vit c is good for the long term as it helps in reducing wrinkles and acne. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.

Hi.
You need to reduce your weight through dietary modification. Yes you are right as we need to minimize carbohydrate in take in diet. Limit your Rice/ wheat intake. Stop potato, basan, maida in your diet. Add Green veg, Fresh fruits, Salads but no cream in your menu. Rajma or sprouts need to take for protein. Avoid junk food, sweets, fried food, salt.Try at least 45 min brisk walking any time in a day.
Thanks.
