Only you need to consult an expert or surgeon if it was rabies animal, with deep lacerated wound nearer head. Otherwise you could have ignored it and avoided booster second time within 5 days again.

Clean it with running water and soap, locally apply antiseptic. No bandage.

Yes you need to be vaccinated but since you are previously vaccinated this time doses will be less make sure you wash the wound with soap in running water continuosly for 5 to 10 minutes and do no pack or stitch the wound.

No you complete the rest course of your anti rabies vaccine. U can give anti rabies immunolobulin.
