Use it like any other normal shampoo that is once in 2 days. Use it as long as you suffer from scalp itching, dandruff etc.
To discontinue, use it only once a week and slowly stop it all together.

Hello, nothing to worry about. Start using schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take schwabe's badiaga 200/ thrice daily and follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab.
