Amrox-ls syrup is a combination of three medicines: ambroxol, levosalbutamol/levalbuterol and guaifenesin, which relieves cough with mucus. take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 3 days. do gargle, take steam. inform if not ok.
do cbc, esr, x ray chest pa. consult physician.

Ascoril ls contains levosalbutamol which is not recommended for use below six years of age. However it may be given with caution between 2 to 6 years age when extremely necessary. The dose range is 0.1 mg/kg, maximum 1 mg per dose thrice daily.

The weight of the baby is important in deciding the dosage and not the age. However, you can give 2.5 ml thrice daily, safe;y.
