About my brother, he had check liver function test and his age 28 yrs. They confirmed fatty liver and no gall stones. He has pain sometimes. Sgot level 114 unit per liter sgpt level 72 ul, endoscopy also done no ulcer ,he used tablet statins and ursodeoxycholic acid 1 month no change in pain what should do continue same treatment or something new?

Pain in abdomen can be because of gastritis if it is not severe in intensity. He should be evaluated for causes of high sgpt as well. Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.

Fatty liver is due to fat deposition in liver cells. Liver enzyme are also raised which is indicative of liver derangement. You should reduce your weight and restrict fatty diet. Exercise daily atlas 30 mt will show you the results. Only medicine will not going to help.

Hello keep taking golbi as advised. Take lots of fluids. Avoid fatty meals and oils.
Add Vit E caps 600 mg once daily In addition to golbi. Do a repeat usg after 6 weeks of starting treatment.
If it is pure sludge it improves by 2 months of Treatment... may be takes more time sometimes.
But if there are microcalculi.. Resolution is difficult.

multiple small stobes are really very dangerous to slip down here and there . that will make it more complicated. kindly get your surgery done as early as possible. there is no other way to get rid of gall stones.
