Fatty liver is a spectrum of conditions, treatment depends upon stage. Udca is not a good option, sorbiline is not at all effective. There are better medicines for it like saroglitazar or obeticholic acid. Weight loss of at least 5% is essential for fatty liver. Gall stone treatment: 1. If severe abdominal pain has occured than the treatment is only surgery, removal of gall bladder, lap cholecystectomy. 2. If no pain has ever occured than also surgery is the best treatment.
