This drug may not work in many patients, you need to be in continuous consultation with your urologist. You can try for one month and see, watch for side effects. If this does not work then you might need to empty your bladder using intermittent self catheterisation every 3-4 hourly.

It seems her bladder is very weak. Continue these medicines. Sometimes the condition starts worsening and she might start retaining. More. In that she might require CIC in which you might have to put a Cather in her bladder every 4 hours to empty the bladder.
