if you take alcohol then you have to stop drinking. you have to check your renal functions by doing appropriate blood investigations. because if your renal functions are not satisfactory then your uric acid will remain high

1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava, papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd) etc.

Try to go for low protein diet and continue your medications for couple of days and try to maintain ideal weight and walking half an hour per day.
