Hello, you need to take a proper balanced diet in high uric acid. Pls avoid all the food that contains purines. Avoid high protein food, avoid chicken but you can take eggs. You can take soya milk and tofu. Avoid paneer. You can take products made from besan you can consult us for proper diet consultation for uric acid.

Kindly show me your investigation reports. If it is really gout, then
febucip 40mg (cipla) bd should help you. Also take
caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10
contact me again for follow up. You have to change your life style
no smoking, no alcohol, no non veg food, no late nights, no severe work outs/dances etc. Etc.
Ciploric should never be stopped suddenly. Take at least 1 month to wean it off completely.

Once your uric acid level is below 6 mg% you can discontinue medicine but take precaution
1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn
2.Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas
3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc
4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily

Stop alcohol if you want to safe your life firstly.
Take a very light diet gourd will help you in hypertension and correct bleeding.
Take 4 litres water per day.
Avoid non veg dry fruits.

If you do not have symptoms then no need of any medication. Asymptomatic hyperuricaemia below 9 mg/dl does not require any treatment. If Uris acid is more than 9 mg/dl then uric acid lowering drug is recommended.
