Dear ,
if the stone is at the level of ischial spine, it must be small in size, hence passable per urethra. Treatment you took will not help pass the stone out. It was wrong treatment. If you dot have pain now then try oral forced diuresis:
1take anti spasmodic like drotaverine hydrochloride 80 mg with diuretic like lasilactone 50 mg in the morning and drink plenty of water. Do not be impatient, stone will out but not so quickly as you expect. Oral diuresis should continued for 20 days t...more

UTI is generally treated aggressively during pregnancy. Please follow instruction of your gynaecologist as advised.
There should be gap of 5-6 hrs between iron and calcium tablets. Rest of the medication can be taken at your convenience.
Try to take nitrofurantoin at the same time everyday to maintain constant therapeutic level of the drug.

Dear lybrate-user,
from your symptoms it appears that you may have urethral syndrome. This is often because of urethral stenosis. I assume you had a urine culture done and it was negative. You need to consult a urologist and check a post void residual urine. If there is significant residue you may heed urethral dilatation. Check your blood sugars also as the problem is more common in diabetics
