nitrofurantion is safe drug in pregnancy, continue taking it, you need few days for drug to show its response, wait for culture report, if needed you may have to take different drug according to you culture report good luck.

Please prefer using antibiotics like tablet norflox 400 mg twice a day for 5 days if the infection is severe.
I'd suggest using v-wash regularly to prevent any severe episodes of uti (urinary tract infection).
