basant kusumakar ras 125 mg twice a day
gokshuradi avleh 3 gm twice a day
relief in 5-6 days and for complete cure take it for 40 days only

Yes you can add on homeopathy drugs, no harm
but you can not avoid surgery by adding that because surgery is last resort.

Mild increase in size is grade 1 prostate. BPH is simple prostate enlargement. It is not cancer Do nothing if you have no difficulty in passing urine.

First you need to do full investigation to rule out any complications due to enlarged prostate, on bladder & kidneys and also chance of cancer of prostate at this age.
If no complications or cancer is detected then trial of medical treatment is perfectly alright.
