Lybrate-user, he needs to be put on insulin injections right away, under the care of competent diabetologist. Multiple doses in a day will be needed. Plus daily monitoring of blood glucose at home is (smbg) needed. It is serious condition if appropriate care is not taken consequences can be very serious. Please do not waste any time.

Fasting and post meal blood glucose values seems quite high. Get your HbA1c test done. It is approx average of last 3 months blood sugar level and more reliable. You need to start medication. Please consult any diabetologist with reports.
