Thanks for the query. It is sometimes difficult to tell whether you have a vitamin d deficiency. The only way to be absolutely sure is to take a blood test. Some of the symptoms could be-
muscle/joint pain and weakness
bone pain
tiredness or fatigue
depression
hope this answer helps you.

Calcium helps in decreasing oxalate stones. No need to take calcium tablet if the calcium intake in diet is good which is not common. So taking calcium and vit d is good for stone problem.

I hope your diagnosis of IBS is confirmed. If it's just a clinical diagnosis get it confirmed by some tests. Get your CBC, routine stools done. You might have to undergo tests like Hydrogen Breath Test to rule out any intestinal bacterial overgrowth or Lactose intolerance. Or tests like Gastrointestinal endoscopy or colonoscopy. If you are not improving with the routine medicines prescribed by your doctor it will be advisable going in for the tests advised.

Having a Vit D3 level of 10 ng/mL or lower of vitamin D is considered very low. The recommended level was between 40 to 60 nanograms per milliliter (ng/ml), but more recently the optimal vitamin D level has been raised to 50-70 ng/ml, and when treating cancer or heart disease, as high as 70-100 ng/ml. Adults with vitamin B12 levels between 200 and 500 pg/mL may also have symptoms. Deficiency should be confirmed by checking the level of a substance in the blood called methylmalonic acid
