I am not talking about regular birth control pills. I am talking about i-pill, a contraceptive pill that works for 72 hours. I had an unprotected sex at around 6 pm and then had an ipill at around 8 pm then had an unprotected sex after 8 hours of taking the i-pill. So the question is, do I have to take another i-pill? Or the one I had earlier is enough to prevent me from unwanted pregnancy? Please provide a detailed answer.

One which you have taken is enough.
Remember after taking the high hormonal emergency pill like I pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.
If this does not happen as well as period is missed then to do pregnancy test.

No need to consume any emergency contraceptive pill further as mifepristone is enough. Mifepristone (also known as RU 486) is used to cause an abortion during the early part of a pregnancy. It is used up to week 10 of pregnancy (up to 70 days after the first day of your last menstrual period). its not the brand but the repetition of the pill that should concern you. The pill you are taking contains loads of hormones that can change the body of female upside down. Better use a condom from next time.

It is very difficult to predict or rule out pregnancy. Wait for 5-6 days after stopping the withdrawal tablets. And then do a home pregnancy test. Period may delay because of the I pill itself.

After ipill one may get early period in that cycle. Remember ipill is only for emergency it is not regular family planning method. About cyst as no details are here consult same doctor.
