It is good that you are being given progesterone, it will help in maintaining pregnancy. Another aspect you have to keep in mind is to maintain TSH levels in the following manner: 1st Trimester 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester 0.2 to 3 mU/L & 3rd Trimester 0.3 to 3 mU/L. they are not related to progesterone suplements. A melatonin pigments cause them. You can put cucumber/ potato grated juice/ aloevera over them daily twice for an hour, Melalite ointment daily can also help to some extent

It is called as round ligament pain. It occurs because herr ligaments gets stretched by growing uterus, and with brisk movement or getting up it produces pain. If pain is severe one can take tab. Crocin or parcetamol for pain relief.

Progesterone is secreted by pregnancy to maintain it. When it is naturally secreted then there is no need to take progesterone. Progesterone tablets have become fashion and a source of income these days for the doctors. There is no need to take any medicines except folic acid in the first 3 months.

I would suggest Hormone replacement therapy of the male-to-female type. The estrogens are usually used are often higher than replacement doses for natal women, although the endocrinologists recommends "maintain sex hormone levels within the normal range for the person’s desired gender".
