Syphilis & gonorrhea medicine name send me? I have used medicine azithromycin 1000 mg+ ceftriaxone 500 mg+cefixime 400 mg, azithromycin +cefixime uses 5 days but after a week white discharge in urine.

My son is 1 month and 16 days old. Last few days ago we saw some little drop of blood in his stool. Then we went to doctor. He advised for his stool test. We did his stool test and found mucus, pus cell is 10-12/hpf and occult blood is negative. After seeing the stool test report Doctor said, there is an infection in his stool. Dr. Prescribed Omnix-50 (antibiotic) and Gut-Ok twice a day for five days. After completion of medicine I did another stool test at another lab and found mucus is still present, pus cell is negative, occult blood is negative. After seeing the second stool test report doctor said now there is no infection. Then we told him he has completed all medicines in time but we saw little drop of blood in his every stool when he passes till day. Then Doctor told us, there is no blood in his stool. Actually doctor says there is no blood but we say there is blood. I want to know Is there any blood in his stool or not? If there is blood then what can we do now and if there is no blood then what is this red little drops which look like as same as blood. please reply……

Get stool test done for presence of occult blood when you notice blood & include blood part of stool. If stool is positive for blood, check color of blood, if it is bright red it is coming from rectum or anus. If it is black blood is from intestines. Treatment is entirely different in two situations. If stool test is normal other thing which cause blood in stool is constipation. I hope child is gaining weight. Get the stool test repeated from some other lab. If report is same then it must be something else not blood.

My 1 and half year old son ate sea fish on Sunday and yesterday afternoon he once vomit and from then he is suffering from fever. I am diagnosed with uti infection, I have taken cefixime as prescribed by my gone for 5 days. But results after 5 days again showed increased puss cells to 120wbc/hcf. Now my gynae advised ceftum 500 mg for 5 days then repeat test. What is the cure for this problem. Can I drink packed cranberry juice? please guide me.

Tonsillitis is pretty common. Present guidelines suggest that if you have more than 4 to 5 episodes of tonsillitis in a year, or you have difficulty swallowing food, or you snore because of tonsils, then its better to get them operated and removed (surgical removal is absolutely safe, it would not harm your body in any way)
if anything less, it can be managed medically.
