Asked for female, 29 years old from Bhopal

Hello sir I had sex on 15 of june unprotected, and then I took ipill then on 10th july I took prega news test it showed positive after that I had abortion pill (misprotol) and bleeding begins on 15 july and last 20th july and I expect my another period on 13th august so on 18th august I got blood test quantitative hcg result was 1.2miu could I be pregnant? Still my periods are not yet came.

No you're not pregnant, abortion is complete, wait for a week for periods to start, if after a week also periods don't start then take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.

In the ultrasound of whole abdomen report it show that there is ovarian cyst .is it anything related with pregnancy. I had beta hcg test after a month of missed period but it shows the results was negative, getting a value of 1.2 miu. And on the next very day I had a period flow for 2 days and it stopped. And after a few days I had various symptoms like nausea, headache, shoulder pain ,loose motion and lost appetite. Does that mean I am pregnant? If not what can be the result pliz suggest.

As beta hcg is negative, so it means no pregnancy. When did you do ultrasound. If its recent, then it can be because of ovarian cyst.

I am 20 year old female, and had my first day of my last period on 23rd September. It’s 2nd november, and my period hasn’t come yet, it was due 23-24th October. On 28th October I took two pregnancy tests and it showed negative. On 2nd November (today) I took 4 pregnancy tests and it showed negative again, and I also got my HCG blood test done and it came to 11. 4miU. I am confused as to whether I am pregnant or not? You are not pregnant unless you had sex in your unsafe day Any positive level of beta hCG above 5 mIu/ml indicates a pregnancy has started (unless the test is done too early following an HCG trigger injection). A blood hCG number over 100 is a good first beta result but many, many ongoing pregnancies start out with a beta hCG level below that number.

Stop the cholesterol medicines. They can worsen obstacles. Take more rest till you are better. Improve your diet. Too much food restriction spoils health. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol, do not reduce other foods like nuts butter fish eggs etc.

My girlfriend had unprotected sex 12 days back. She missed her periods by 2 days so today we visited the gym and she performed trans vaginal usg and there was no pregnancy but she found pcos. We did ghe beta serum hcg and it was negative (1.2 miu). Can the tests be wrong? She has given her crina ncr for periods and if it dsnt happen in 10 days then to do the neta serum hcg again. I am scared. Can she be pregnant? (there was no ejaculation whatsoever, she had taken ipill within 6 hours)

I have a condition of oligospermia. I have to go for ivf icsi but due to low sperm count and quality doctor is not hopeful for a successful result. I have asked the doctor to wait for a few months so that I can improve my semen quality. There is huge variation between my semen analysis done in an ivf lab and done in pathology lab. Reputed ivf center 1: date: 30/11/17 abs day 3 volume 1 ml sperm count 1 mil/ml motility 5% (progress 1%, non progressive 4%), local pathology lab 1 (this report seems to be incorrect): date 06/04/2019 counts: 15.5 mil/ml, motility: rapid forward progressive 60%, abnormal forms 5% reputed ivf center 2: abs day: 3 volume 2 ml date: 06/07/2019 counts 1 mil / ml, morphology 1%, motility - progressive 15%, non progressive 15%, reputed micro path lab: date: 10/07/2019 abs day: 3 volume 2.59 ml count 3mil/ml total count: 7.77 mil/eja motility at 1 hr: prog+ non progressive 33.3% morphology: 22%, teratozoospermia index: 1.53 sperm deformity index: 1.20 another reputed micro path lab: date: 15/08/19 volume 2.4 ml abs day 3 count 2.1 mil/ml motility: progressive 68%, non prog 16% motile sperm: 1.4 mil / ml prog motile: 1.1 mil / ml there is a huge difference between IVF lab and micro path lab reports. Previously an ob-gyn had prescribed me clomifene citrate which I took for around 45 day but it did not increase my sperm counts. Currently I am taking tab. Paternia xt 2 times a day, tab limcee 2 times a day, evion 400 one in evening, n-acetylcysteine 600 mg once daily for around 2 months. It may have improved my semen quality but it has not increased my sperm counts. What can I do to increase my sperm counts and quality? Can I take hcg, hmg or fsh injections? Cost is not a bar as now we can get generics for low cost. Is there any other treatment?

Hi. All the sperm count does not have a drastic change and it dint match up the who s criteria. Just do a scrotal usg to rule out varicocele if present.

If one had unprotected sex on the 5th day of period. Though the ejaculation was not inside but on the butt region outside. Soon got it washed with water and as a precaution took I pill for the very first tym in life within 18 hrs. Initially there was no side effects but later. After 5 days got bleeding for 2 days. This was around 11&12th day of the cycle. On the 33rd day got my periods for 4 days. And again next month got my periods on the 31st day. For 4 days. In the meanwhile took 7 hpt test by preganews. All were morning first urine sample. And all the result came negative. On the 42 nd & 63rd day from the unprotected incident took 2. Beta hcg blood test and both the result were < 1 miu/ ml. And on the 73rd day from the incident took a pelvic sonography which showed empty uterus and 8.9cm4.7cm3.7cm measurement. My cycle has always been regular. From past 1 year its 26-33 day cycle So just wanted to know that is the pregnancy completely ruled out or still there are any chances of pregnancy? please guide me with your advise as this worry is constantly killing me.

What is cryptic pregnancy? How common is it? What are the causes of it? And what are the signs and symptoms? Also if one has had an I pill within 18 hrs of the sexual act and the act took place on november 2015. And after the act though getting regular monthly periods. But the quantity of blood flow has decreased and pattern has been slightly changed. And also after 42 & 63 days from the november act 2 beta hcg test were done which showed < 1 miu /ml. And all 11 upt taken by prega news kit with morning samples showed negative results. And also on 23 rd week from the november act. A transabdominal ultrasound was taken. And a ct scan was done which showed uterus is normal. Does these details tell that I am not pregnant. please advise me as I do not want to become pregnant. And stressed out due to this.

You're not pregnant. Cryptic pregnancy is when woman is unaware of being pregnant, as she has no symptoms to suspect 2 has bits of periods every month and despite all of above baby keeps growing up to 9 months! in your case urine test is negative. Ct scan though not recommended during suspected pregnancy because of radiation risks was done for you and it shows, normal uterus.
