Yes, it is possible to have a deficit in Vitamin D3 but have the right level of calcium. Vitamin D3 is not the only precursor to calcium, as calcium is obtained from other sources like milk, fish, egg yolks etc. Hence it doesn't necessarily have a huge effect on calcium levels. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a Positive feedback as it helps me with my Practice. Thank you.

For many people, popping a calcium tablet is something which has benefits, but at the same time does no harm. After all, who does not want to have strong bones and healthy teeth? The unfortunate part is that things are not so simple and a lot of research has debunked this.

Take, for example, the findings that when an old woman has calcium, the fracture rates are not all that different as compared to one who has not had calcium supplements. In addition to this, it was also found as part ...more

Hello,
It is ideal not to take alochol at all as it may cause multiple health issues.
And generally we ask people not to mix any medications with alcohol.
These are just vitamin and calcium tablets should not cause any drug intreactions ,but you never know for sure as one persons body system is different than the others. So instead of skipping tablets to have a drink, I think you should skip alcohol to take your tablets.
