Ringworm is a contagious itching skin disease occurring in small circular patches, caused by any of a number of fungi.
Take a single dose of tuberculinum 200ch, 5 drops,
from the next day take tellurium 30, 5 drops once daily.
Apply topi azadirachta ointment. Revert after 7 days.

As far as you aren't consuming a diclofenac with atorvastatin and telmisartan, you are good. Carry out daily physio and if needed, wear a hard cervical collar for at least 4 to 8 hours a day. 90 percent of my patients do well with this regime.
