Well treatment for gallstones is lap cholecystectomy so consult a good general surgeon and get your gall bladder removed as soon as possible.
I suggest you stop taking tramadol as it causes nausea vomiting giddiness and numbness.

Hi user. May b you r too much sensitive for lepromide medicine. Or you had some kind of reaction with this tablet. Have you done your lft (liver function test +serum bile acid test. U can take above mentioned medicine.
Obesteric cholestasis would b your diagnosis at present time. U can take these medicines. Are safe in pregnancy.
