Paracetamol is safe drug if taken in adequate dosage
in high dosage it may damage kidneys
other pain killer except ultracet in large dosage afcect liver and kidneys.
There is no direct affect on skin and sex life.

Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.

2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days
