It should not cause problem so early but not a good idea to use it non-stop especially if your symptoms are not resolving. Consult a medical gastroenterologist and undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to see if there is an ulcer.

Both Omeprazole and Velos D are almost same and the veloz d contains an additional ingredient domperidone which is useful nausea or vomiting . You can take veloz d in place of omeprazole

Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday .
Eat fresh food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids.

It’s is given for acidity/ GERD. 1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
