cap velgut od × 20 days
avoid spicy, fried and street food
don't skip breakfast
drink plenty of fluids

If it is negative for any abnormal findings it does not mean everything is normal.
There are further investigations required.
Avoid taking medicines blindly.
Lower abdomen pain is not treated with pantoprazole.
Either you can consult and take proper guidance and treatment or you can wait.

You are suffering from IBS in my opinion. You need to regularize your lifestyle and food habits. You don't need medicine.
