You're taking sompraz and domperidone already no need to take pantoprazole along with that.
Avoid heavy meal.
Take small meals frequently so that your stomach is never empty.
Avoid oily and spicy food.

Try to avoid vomitting if you already have by using safeat ante emetic in pregnancy and also have small frequent meal with adequate gap. Do not sleep soon after you have dinner.
Take antacid like gelucil with doctors prescription.

stop using rantac. Instead take tab pantop 40 mg early morning on empty stomach and after 30 minutes take syp sucralfate 10 ml. Do not eat anything until 30 minutes after taking sucralfate syrup.
