Increased Ursodeoxycholic acid has effect on dissolution of the cholesterol type of Gall stones. Prerequisite is that the GB should be functioning. The stones should be that of Cholesterol type. The stone formation process restarts after once the UDCA pool goes down. UDCA on long term basis is likely to cause diarrhoea due to colonic irritation.

Well treatment for gallstones is lap cholecystectomy so consult a good general surgeon and get your gall bladder removed as soon as possible.
I suggest you stop taking tramadol as it causes nausea vomiting giddiness and numbness.

Hi user. May b you r too much sensitive for lepromide medicine. Or you had some kind of reaction with this tablet. Have you done your lft (liver function test +serum bile acid test. U can take above mentioned medicine.
Obesteric cholestasis would b your diagnosis at present time. U can take these medicines. Are safe in pregnancy.

Hi lybrate-user, in majority cases it's mandatory to remove gall bladder (GB)
It depends on many factors, like size and number of gall stones, whether those or symptomatic stones or not.
If stones are symptomatic then it's not advisable to wait for gall stones to melt by tablets.
