From the given details it appears to be a case of fatty liver it could be Non alcoholic or otherwise. Your BMI is over 30 kgs/Sq meter which it self can lead to fatty liver plus alcohol intake, even though occasional.
Your ideal body weight should be < 75 kgs, which means there is an excess of 20 kgs. Weight reduction, diet control and regular exercise will help in over coming the problem. Thanks.

Add tometo, lemon orange mousami gooseberry in diet uric acid decrease slowly. If no symptoms like pain joint no importance. Liver function raised change diet to bland mean least tadka n spicy no fast food no junk food.
Vegitarian diet, no liqour.
Add salad seasonal fruit green vegetable soup I diet
