Hello udiliv may help in preventing deposition of sediment on the polyp and make Ur bile thinner. It will not help in vanishing the polyp though. You should take lots of fluids and repeat USG atleast once a year. If your polyp increases in size (>1 cm in any dimension) or if there are more than two polyps in the follow-up ultrasounds then Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is indicated...
