Lybrate-user, this medicine is to make you produce more of eggs. And ideally this medicine should be taken under doctor's guidance and ultrasound monitoring of the eggs is also reuired which is called follicular monitoring. That ll give you a better result for pregnancy because you ll come to when your egg is mature and when it is ruptured. So you get more precise time for intercourse.

Hormones and Medication. Birth control is the most common treatment for women who don't want to get pregnant. Hormonal birth control -- pills, a skin patch, vaginal ring, shots, or a hormonal IUD (intrauterine device) -- can help restore regular periods. The hormones also treat acne and unwanted hair growth
Homeopathy has best solution for this problem, I have successfully several cases for more info contact privately.

Hello.
Pcos is a condition associated with increased androgen and insulin level which affects the release of eggs from ovaries.
Therefore use of ovulation inducing drugs like clomiphene citrate or letrozole are helpful. Ubiphene is a clomiphene citrate and may be used.

For finding out the fertile period, one must know the average cycle length and since you have not mentioned that it is not possible to predict the fertile period
usually gynecologists advice couples to have sexual relationship from 12-16 day of a pe...more

With a single cycle use, you can't judge whether clomifene is effective or not. You can try 3-4 cycles. It induces ovulation. You need medical supervision.
