Tryptomer is an antidepressant medication which is used for the treatment of anxiety and depression. However, it needs to be taken on a regular basis for it to be effective. I would also recommend that done form of relaxation such as yoga or meditation will help.

I hope you are having positive effects of the medicine you are presently taking. As it always varies from person to person.
But in case you have never tried for psychotherapy, you should give it a try. As it always is beneficial to work on your PSYCHOLOGICAL part of anxiety.
