Anxiety is one of the most important causes of erectile dysfunction (ed). Some anxiety drugs can improve the problem but some may worsen too.
Take the help of a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist to overcome anxiety through behaviour modification techniques such as cbt. Then your ed will also improve.

Dear lybrate-user,
considering your wife's age and symptom of burning sensation, I would advise her to do few blood check ups like fasting sugar, vit b12 and folate level, serum calcium level, d3 and thyroid profile.
After seeing the reports appropriate supplements have to be added. Till then let her continue all the tablets as prescribed so that she continues to cook and keep the house.

Hello,
the anxiety your headache at the back of head are related to each other. It is good that you have stopped tianeptine. I do not think that it is responsible for your headache. As you withdrew after a month its not likely to be responsible for your symptoms. In view of your experience I suggest you try non pharmacological means for anxiety like relaxation techniques, meditation, exercise and regular hours in your day to day routine.
