Best way to go ahead is get the antibody titres of Hepatitis B antigen done and if its less than 10 then you should get vaccine again else no need for re-vaccination, any unnecessary medication(VACCINE IS ALSO A MEDICINE) can have a side effect

Vaccines usually cause fever for 24 to 48 hours after administration of Vaccine. If the fever is persisting beyond this period or associated with other symptoms like cold, cough, throat pain, loose stools, then we can think other reasons such as Viral infections.
