Asked for female, 30 years old from Nellore

I am getting continuously mucous in my throat. I am having feeling of throat struck. This is due to post nasal dropping. I am getting cough continuously through out the day. Especially during night time hell. No sleep. Whenever I am lying on bed mucous oozing in my throat and get cough. I am not having sneezing, mucous secretion in nose and no breathing problem and no head ache. I have visited some of doctors. One of the doctor suggested you might have gastroenterology problem. I am not having acid reflux problem in my eosophogous. Not having indigestion and gas problem. I have used inhalation capsules, nasal spray, antibiotics, anti histamines, steroid medicines, under doctors supervision. They are giving temporary relief. Routine blood reports and chest x ray done. All are normal. I have used ayurvedic medicines on my own. They also giving temporary relief. L am not a diabetic. I have high blood pressure. I am using amlodipine - 5 mg, ctd (chlorthalidone) - 6.25 mg, metoprolol succinate-50 mg during morning time. If any one can suggest ayurvedic remedy to me I am always thankful to him.

Gargle with betadine gargle, before meals
antacid in empty stomach
liquid antacid after food without water. Like ulgel liquid 10 ml.

Hypertension, diabetes and associated medications can affect erection by decreasing blood flow to the penis, kindly get evaluation done by performing a penile doppler ultrasound, rigiscan, hormonal evaluation and get treated accordingly.

My b12 is about 1350 and how I can reduce the same? Also shall I take glycomet trio forte 2 ,(half tablet in the morning and half tablet in the evening? Presently I am taking glycomet trio2 twice in a day as I have stock of about 10 strips of glycomet trio forte2. By miskae I had placed the order for trio forte2 instead of trio2. Regards ajith.

Glycomet trio forte 2 and glycomet trio 2 are different. There is difference of metformin not glimipiride so consult your doctor or on line discuss with me on line.

Yes it is a safe combination. Night metoprolol may affect sleep. Your lipid medicine is probably excessive, suggest you post the exact lipid levels for further opinion.
