But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
Eat more often.
Drink milk.
Try weight gainer shakes.
Use bigger plates.
Add cream to your coffee.
Take creatine.
Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet

1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away.
2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare
4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker
5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light
6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level...more

Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist
Take frequent breaks while studying and watching tv and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better.
wear protective glasses while you r travelling to avoid dust and dirt entering the eyes..
more importantly put on helmet with wisor ( front glass covering) while riding bike

unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. you can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery
