you should go for the cause of cough, first. It might be due to cold, tonsillitis & laryngitis. You should drink lukewarm water.

spirometry to be done .if it shows evidence of obstructive changes (ICS+laba) budamate 200 microgram twice daily over prolonged period will be helpful to you .use face mask

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

Dry cough for three months may have many possibilities. Specially,if it is post delivery, chances of allergic background is quite high. However it needs proper and thorough evaluation by a Pulmonologist.

you are most probably having a post infectious respiratory tract inflammatory cough and or chronic sinusitis
apart from these you might require some more medications post some investigations
