You received enough treatment for ringworm. Better to consult a dermatologist. In place of itraconazole, terbinafine can be taken with proper investigations and follow up. Keep the area dry, clean and maintain hygiene.

Give yourself some rest and wait and see if the symptoms eradicate. If not meet an ENT. Check for it and get treated if there s any throat issues. As you know in the condition of bulimia nervosa if you were into habits if compulsive vomiting there would have been too much stress to the throat area. You have mentioned you have been treated. By any chance, any time the habit resurfaces meet a psychiatrist and follow through. Take care.
