Hi
welcome to Lybrate doctors will ask for tests based on the symptoms of patients-- without knowing patient symptoms doctor will not decide based on test reports alone.
Only after discussing patient problems and studying test results --treatment can be suggested you can go to a doctor with test results and discuss your problems and get treatment or if there is difficulty you can consult online with your test results and symptoms.

Modern medicine does not have any particular recommendation on this but you can do so if there are no contraindications such as diseases or medicines that increase potassium levels. Taking potassium chloride will not deplete sodium if your kidneys are functioning normally. You will get sodium from several other sources anyway. Table salt is not the only source of sodium.

salt contain sodium chloride ,in which sodium is responsible for increasing blood pressure that is why common salt is avoided in hypertension.and there is no chance of sodium deficiency in body because our raw foods their self are rich source of sodium, like tomato, milk curd, potato, sweet potato, green veg etc.
