There is no clear proof that excessive eating of papaya change the colour of stool like orange. There are some other fruits like berries which might change stool colour If you consume excess beta-carotene from supplements or produce, such as carrots, sweet potato, squash, some leafy greens, and some herbs, then your stool can appear orange. Yellow/Pale Brown/Grey: Bright yellow diarrhea can signify a condition known as Giardiasis.

Cough could be due to acid reflux.
take hot saline gargles atleast 5 - 6 times a day, it will help to clear the throat .
steam inhalation also helps to clear respiratory passages.
sprinkling eucalyptus oil on the clothes and pillows while sleeping will help.
elevating the upper body and head by propping up with 2 - 3 pillows at night will help to relieve post nasal drip which worsens dry cough.
hot soup infused with ginger, tulsi, pepper should be taken.

Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly.
Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements , drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.
