dettol is detrimental for oral tissues in concentrated solution. There is temporarily damage to your taste buds and nerve endings. You will get completely recovery of the sensation soon. Next time try some products which are made for the purpose. For oral rinse you have lots of mouthwashes available in market. Goodluck

Pain in the scar suggests that it is still maturing. We would prefer to start Intralesional Triamcinolone along with compression, which should reduce the symptoms as well as the scar size.
Surgery is reserved for resistant cases which do not respond better to the conservative regime.

It seems from the history that you are having multiple and recurring chalazion.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops, hot compression. The chalazion swellings can be treated by use of intralesional triamcinolone injections or by incision and curettage.

I do visit dentist per year once at least. So in 2019 during my covid treatment, I had some complications of palate as well as below my tongue near lower right wisdom teeth. Co incidentally my dentist (oms) he is the person who treated me for my oral issues, than he suggest me after recovering from all issues in 2020 january that I should quit smoking. I followed that and completely smoke free since than. Later in december 2021 I have noticed slight color change near upper left molar and few ulceration in january 2022. I called my dentist and he prescribed me some vitamins, oral gel and asked me to visit him in next 3 weeks. I checked my mouth on 2 feb 2022 and saw ulcers gone and redness also going away but not completely. He also checked me on 4 april as my pre scheduled wisdom teeth removal day (i had a impacted wisdom teeth) he said its ok now do not take stress and on 13 april ge removed my suture from removed teeth area. Later while brushing I noticed the redness again occurred in the same area but this time I cal feel very tiny ball thing with. Ulceration occurs and fade away, this is happening since 3 may. He advice on call for an opg and to visit him. But in my mind I am not able to stop being anxious this time. He sent me a digital copy of advice slip for opg so that I can get opg done and visit him. His remarks as redness seen medial to teeth 8 (ul)

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel (turbocort) on the area of ulcer until then. Mouth sores are common and rarely cause complications. Most go away in about a week, but it’s important to monitor any mouth sores you develop. If you are concerned, or...more

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. Apply turbocort ointment
mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor so...more

Discoloration of the oral mucosa can be pre existing or can arise due to external factors like tobacoo usage, areca nut chewing, stress etc.
The discoloration can usually be reversed by discontinuing the habit which caused it.
In the case that it does not happen, laser treatment can be done to get the color back to normal.
You can try using turbocort gel 4 times a day for 2 weeks initially. You need to apply it on the affected area and keep it for around 5 minutes before you rinse wi...more

Urologist•
I can understand your concern. Please try local application of Triamcinolone ointment twice day. This will loosen the tight tissues and may help in retracting the foreskin. Since I cannot prescribe online, please get a prescription from your local physician.
If it does not work there are some minor procedures to free the tight foreskin without removing it completely (i.E. Without circumcision).
Please get back to me if you have any doubts.
I hope your problem gets resolved soon,
