treatment depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. depending on the history, you were suffering from hairfall due to androgenetic alopecia. As per the literature, male pattern baldness (or androgenetic alopecia) treatment is finasteride and minoxidil. But since you were suffering from its side effects ,better you stop them. Hello.
Minoxidil 5% is recommended doses for men in case of hairloss.
You can use it twice day daily - at night and in the morning. Spray/ apply 1ml of it over the affected area only, then spread it by dabbing.
You can use it regularly for 1&1/2 to 2 years. Then gradually and slowly reduce the frequency of no. of uses and taper off completely (don't stop it abruptly as your scalp has already got used to the product and may create some problem).
