You should first take urine routine micro and urine culture sensitivity testing. Once you get culture report in 48 hours, antibiotics according to sensitivity needs to be started. If you have already taken cefotaxim injection then no need to do culture now as it will give false result. Also cefotaxim is considered safe in pregnancy. Complete the dose and drink lots of water and fluids.
