Hi Thanks for your query.
Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood.

 1. Avoid breaking the boils  2. Use a good sunscreen properly  3. You can apply  Clindamycin  gel twice a day on entire face.

For pimples,
clear gel- apply after bath over pimples
epiduo gel- apply at bedtime for 15-20 min then wash with water and then cetaphil moisturizer-apply moisturizer over full face
klin face wash-as a face wash.
Do not squeez n prick the pimples.

Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner.
