Hi lybrate-user. U can continue the same medications. Start using a sunscreen with a spf of around 30 to 50 which is non comedogenic (acne uv sunscreen gel) and a moisturiser (aqua soft fc) at night times since you can experience some dryness due to usage of tretiva tablets.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking ISOtretinoin. You may have unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting. Check your food and medicine labels to be sure these products do not contain alcohol.

Tretiva is not for fairness. It will make your skin dry and scaly. Use a sunscreen atleast 30 mins before going out in the sun. Take an antioxidant and Vit C along with applying Brite cream. It will help in making your skin fair.
