do you check BP monthly after resting for 10 minutes? If not, do that for 3 months and then post situation. Continue BP medicine meanwhile

Dear in hypertension all drugs are equal. Dear the drug which decreases b.p. Is the best. Both telmi and azilsartan can be effective accordingly.

R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..

you can do so by taking more of citrus fruits or green tea
reduce salt intake
