Tryptomer has a common side-effect that leads to dizziness or light headedness, which can get more pronounced when taken in combination of BP lowering drugs. Start with a lower dose after discussion with your treating doctor, while getting up or lying down, make the movements gradually, do not take the heart medications at the same time as tryptomer. If symptoms continue you may need a tweaking in your drugs

Learn yoga and pranayam which can improve your sleep quality much faster than expected (learn it from an expert ). You can revert after the discussion with your doctor. Dear lybrate-user,
tryptomer dose depends on the effect and side effect of the drug. If ackister is able to tolerate tryptomer, one can go upto even 300 mg dose. But if she finds improvement with 50 -75 mg, you need not give her more dose. Please consult your doctor who will assess her improvement vs the side effects and will prescribe an appropriate dose.

Naxdom is combination of analgesic and antiemetic. Its good for relieving acute exacerbations, not as prophylactic medication. Other two-tryptomer and sibelium are used as prophylaxis. Cannot compare naxdom with other two where as tryptomer has better safety profile compared to sibelium.

Fear and anxiety can be treated using ssri, however pain abdomen needs to be investigated as there's history of pancreatitis.
