Dear Deepak,
Amitriptyline takes 2-3 weeks to start its action. It works only at a particular dose that will be built every 2-3 weeks by your doctor. If you still don't respond, the doctor will shift to more effective drug. You don't need clonazepam at this young age of 21 years.

Hi, I wish I could help you by giving some suggestions.
Overthinking, insomnia and severe anger issues are all rooted deeply and need to be worked upon. In all three of them - psychotherapy and counselling along with relaxation exercises, a good sleep hygiene and efforts to work on yourself will matter greatly.
