Dear Santosh,
Whether your thinking of depression and panic attacks, was confirmed by the doctor? What is Vatican 1 mg? Please find out the chemical name and send. However Tryptomer is started at a low dose of 10 mg. After 2 weeks, please get back to the doctor again so that appropriate dose may be given according to improvement and tolerance to side effects.
