Avoid street food, fried, masala and fast food have regular food habits as well as habit of going for motion. Don’t avoid when you have an urge for going to toilet. Dear lybrate-user,
after tota thyroidectomy for papillary thyroid cancer the dose of thyroxine should be adjusted to maintain tsh < 0.1 uiu/ml for the initial 5 years at least. I assume you are now on 100 ug once daily this may have to be increased to 2 tablets taken on an empty stomach. Do not miss any dose. If you forget in the morning take it when you remember.
